D SERIES GUIDE

The Decurion series is where the first taste of authentic leadership occurs. This SERIES is where individuals can independently lead and host.

A promotion cooldown period has been implemented for each series, the Sol automata has an ELG column, which will state if you are eligible, or how many days you have left to wait to be eligible for your next promotion. 

D series who wish to be promoted/apply for careers have to attend an D series training, where we go over what it is like to be an D series in Sol Invictus. Upon passing the certification it lasts for 4 months allowing promotions/career opportunities to be taken up. To clarify it is so we know you are aware of your new position and responsibilities, and is not a difficult process.

After 4 months if you do not feel ready to role up you can wait to certify again until you do. These events will be held regularly.

TO BE PROMOTED:-

D1 - DECURION 1

Members have accepted their promotion into the D-SERIES . These individuals are equipped with the final tools the Middle Echelon can offer.

For promotion to D2 a Decurion must achieve the following:-

• Accumulate 350 meritus.
• A Decurion has a cooldown of 28 days to be eligible to be promoted to D2.

D2 - DECURION 2

Members who have become comfortable in their position as Decurion. They have become acquainted with their new hosting abilities , and they have begun taking minor leadership roles in the different organizations of Sol.

For promotion to D3 a Decurion must achieve the following:-

• Accumulate 500 meritus.
• A Decurion has a cooldown of 28 days to be eligible to be promoted to D3.

D3 - DECURION 3

Decurions, who have proven their maturity and commitment to The Ascendancy of Sol Invictus. These individuals are independent leaders and are prepared for the Upper Echelon.

For promotion out of the D Series, a Decurion must achieve the following:-

• Accumulate 1000 meritus 
• A Decurion has a cooldown of 28 days to be eligible to be promoted to A1.

• A Decurion is not obligated to be promoted into the A-SERIES if they do not wish to ascend. 

Members will then move on to the A SERIES.

Note:- Degradation has been added to all Series . For the D Series you will lose .2 meritus everyday. If you lose enough meritus, you can be demoted or removed from your house. If you drop below 0, you will be moved to inactivity.
