The Ministry of Security


  • Ministry of Security - is the structured team that ensures the safety and security of our community. The Gatekeepers known as the Justiciars, Judicators, and Inquisitors actively find ways to keep our security intact by accepting or denying individuals back into the community or helping search for circumstances that disrupt the unity in Sol Invictus.

Warden

  • Description:

    • The Warden is an application-submitted position, they are responsible for managing and overseeing all of The Gates to ensure all duties are being followed through efficiently. 

  • Expectation:

    • They are expected to oversee all of The Gates and ensure duties are being followed through. 
    • Actively overseeing the Justiciars and mentoring them. 
    • They are expected to ensure all members coming through The Gates will benefit the community and its safety of it in itself. 
    • Managing large conflict cases or large scaled security issues. 




Justiciars

  • Description:

    •  Justiciars have excelled out of the Judicators position and proved themselves that they can handle large scaled security issues and blacklisted cases. These individuals hold seniority in The Gates leadership team.

  • Expectation:

    • Justiciars are role models for the Judicators and Inquisitors position, they are expected to actively oversee Judicators and mentor them to strengthen security in the community.
    • Expected to actively handle large-scale cases including blacklisted individuals. 
    • Justiciars have the ability to host re-entry interviews for dissidents and are expected to actively talk with the individuals attending them. 
    • Maintaining an unbiased opinion throughout each case to ensure security, and holding the ability to decide if someone is fit to return.
    • Demonstrate the ability to critically think and evaluate during cases or security issues. 
    • Ensuring professionalism in the eye of those coming through The Gates. 
    • Actively using their best judgment on accepting or rejecting individuals to return into the community.  
    • Holding minor knowledge in google sheets and discord permissions to properly log cases. 
    • Understanding the ability to double-check background information before starting any case. 




Judicators

  • Description:

    • Judicators have excelled out of the Inquisitors position and proved themselves that they can handle major violations, security issues, and permanently banned cases. 

  • Expectation:

    • Judicators are the role models for the Inquisitor's position, they are expected to actively oversee the Inquisitors and mentor them to strengthen security in the community. 
    • Expected to actively handle major violation cases, along with permanently banned cases. 
    • Maintaining an unbiased opinion during each case, and professionalism in the eye of those coming through The Gates. 
    • Demonstrate the ability to critically think and evaluate during cases or security issues.
    • Actively using their best judgment on accepting or rejecting individuals to return into the community. 
    • Ensuring leadership is actively overseeing your cases to keep it unbiased. 
    • Holding minor knowledge in google sheets and discord permissions to properly log cases. 
    • Understanding the ability to double-check background information before starting any case. 



Inquisitors


  • Description

    • Inquisitors are the starting position within The Gates. These individuals handle minor violation cases along with members who were not previously permanently banned. 

  • Expectation:

    • Inquisitors are expected to handle all minor violation cases along with individuals not previously permanently banned. 
    • Maintaining an unbiased opinion during each case, and professionalism in the eye of those coming through The Gates.
    • Demonstrate the ability to critically think and evaluate during cases or security issues.
    • Ensuring leadership is actively overseeing your cases to keep them unbiased. 
    • Holding minor knowledge in google sheets and discord permissions to properly log cases. 
    • Actively using their best judgment with the leadership team on accepting or rejecting individuals to return to the community.
    • Understanding the ability to double-check background information before starting any case. 




Bylaws

  • Critical Thinking & Bias

Disclaimer: For individuals that are not actively critically thinking or keeping bias out of The Gates, will result in The Warden, or Omniarch intervening.

    • Gatekeepers must effectively remain unbiased during each case to ensure the safety and unity of the community. 
    • Gatekeepers are expected to not harbor information that could affect the outcome of a dissident in a case.
    • Gatekeepers must not hold favoritism for individuals coming through The Gates.
