A Series Guide

A SERIES GUIDE

The Aesurion Series is comprised of individuals who have proven their complete understanding of leadership, as well as of Sol Invictus. They've proven to understand Sol Invictus's culture, expectations, mission, and goals.

They carry prominent leadership Positions and hold management positions in Sol Invictus's many organizations.

TO BE PROMOTED: - A promotion cooldown period has been implemented for each series, the Sol automata has an ELG column, which will state if you are eligible, or how many days you have left to wait to be eligible for your next promotion. 

A series who wish to be promoted/apply for careers have to attend an A series training, where we go over what it is like to be an A series in Sol Invictus. Upon passing the certification it lasts for 6 months allowing promotions/career opportunities to be taken up. To clarify it is so we know you are aware of your new position and responsibilities, and is not a difficult process.

After 6 months if you do not feel ready to progress up you can wait to certify again until you do. These events will be held regularly.

A1 - AESURION 1

Members recently accepted their promotion to the A-SERIES. For promotion to A2 an Aesurion must achieve the following: -

• Accumulate 1500 meritus.
• An Aesurion has a cooldown of 56 days to be eligible to be promoted to A2

• An Aesurion will be promoted through the A-SERIES through evaluation of the following:
• Consistency in their positions of leadership,
• Ability to grow from criticism,
• Maturity.
• Once an Aesurion has proven capable, a member of THE PYRE will promote them to A2.

A2 - AESURION 2

Members who have become comfortable in their High-Rank positions and have a healthy and consistent work ethic. Sol Invictus's most active members, participants, hosts, and leaders are these individuals.

For promotion to A3 an Aesurion must achieve the following: -

• Accumulate 2000 meritus.
• An Aesurion has a cooldown of 56 days to be eligible to be promoted to A3

• An Aesurion will be promoted through the A-SERIES through evaluation of the following:
• Further consistency in their positions of leadership,
• Ability to properly communicate with THE PYRE and their organizational Directors,
• Ability to discipline properly,
• Willingness to try new things.
• Once an Aesurion has proven capable, a member of THE PYRE will promote them to A3.

A3 - AESURION 3

Members who have done exceptionally in the Upper Echelon. More often than not, these individuals will have held a handful of leadership positions before meeting this rank. They are comfortable hosts, comfortable leaders, and highly notable role models within Sol Invictus.

For promotion out of the A Series, an Aesurion must achieve the following: -

• Accumulate 3000 meritus.
• An Aesurion has a cooldown of 56 days to be eligible to be promoted to P1.

• An Aesurion will be promoted to P-Series through evaluation of the following:
• The Aesurion must be 18 years of age (except the grandfathered),
• The Aesurion must be a level-headed leader,
• The Aesurion must meet THE PYRE's standards of expectations.

• An Aesurion is not obligated to be promoted to P-Series if they do not wish to ascend. 
  
  
                                                             Members will then move on to The Pyre. Note: - Degradation has been added to all Series. For the A Series you will now lose .3 meritus every day. If you lose enough meritus, you can be demoted or removed from your house. If you drop below 0, you will be moved to inactivity.
