Setup
1. Download and open blender on your PC.
2. Click "Edit" on the top right side of the screen, then click "preferences".
3. In the window that opened search for the add-on called "Sapling Tree Gen".
4. Enable the add-on by putting a checkmark on the box.
5. Close the add-ons window.
Blending
1. Push the number 3 on the right keypad of your keyboard.
1. Push the number 3 on the right keypad of your keyboard.
2. On your keyboard push "A" then "X" and select delete.
3. Push "Shift + A" on your keyboard and select "Curve" then "Sapling Tree Gen".
4. BEFORE clicking on anything else click on the menu that popped up in the bottom right
corner of the screen called "Sapling".
5. At this point you should mess around with all the settings in this menu so you can learn
what they do.
6. Once you get the base of the tree to look the way that you want it, then it's time to start the leaves.
7. Push "Shift + A" on your keyboard and select "Mesh" then "Ico Sphere".
8. With the Ico Sphere selected push "TAB". (This lets you go back and forth between object
and edit mode.)
9. Select the move tool and move the Ico Sphere towards the top of the tree.
10. On your keyboard push "ALT+Z". (This opens up transparent mode.)
11. Click on "Proportional Editing" button which is located in the top middle section of the screen.
12. Whilst still in edit mode and with the move tool still selected, drag a box over the lower half of the Ico Sphere.
13. Click on the blue arrow and drag it down closer to the bottom branches of the tree.
14. Still with just the Ico Sphere selected push "A" on your keyboard.15. Now push "S" then "Y" on your keyboard to adjust the width of the Ico Sphere along the Y-Axis.
(Adjust the width until it covers all branches)
16. Now push "S" then "X" on your keyboard to adjust the width of the Ico Sphere along the X-Axis.
(Adjust the width until it covers all branches)
17. Push "TAB" on your keyboard to get back into Object Mode.
18. Click on the Ico Sphere (Tree Leafs), right click, then select "Shade Smooth".
19. Click on the Tree Log, right click, and select "Shade Smooth".
Exporting/Importing
1. Click "File" in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click on "Export" then FBX.(fbx).
3. Pick a file to save your creation under then select "Export FBX".
4. Open up Roblox Studios.
5. Click on the "View" tab on the top of your screen and select "Asset Manager".
