Discipline & Resilience
"Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you. Never excuse yourself. Never pity yourself. Be a hard master to yourself — and be lenient to everybody else."

Resilient Discipline
Regardless of how organized or disciplined you are, you will at some point stagger out of your structured routine or personal convictions. It may have been as small as you skipping a day at the gym, perhaps you added an unplanned cheat meal to your diet, or maybe you decided to sleep in instead of working on that project you've always wanted to complete but keep pushing off.
Sometimes these mishaps can stick to you and form undesirable habits. Don't dread these moments. Instead, choose to take control and re-align yourself to your goals you set for yourself.
These minor setbacks are not defining moments of your whole character; how you choose to respond to them is what truly represents you.
Who you will be in the future is determined by what you do now.
